Movement Practices
Movement and Enerchi – This signature practice delivers all aspects of Qi Gong, Yoga, Somatics and Enerchi Flow (An assessable and alternative form of Tai Chi). As well as Meditation and Conscious Breathing for an overall nurturing experience for the soul.
Qi Gong for Enerchi – This Meditative Movement practice is for Energy cultivation and balance. Along with Somatic movements, Freestyle Tai Chi, Conscious Breathing and Meditation. This practice can be taken seated or standing and is assessable for all.
